The CNC Drill Line is programmed either manually on the machine or by using the Peddimat program. This software is included in the AVENGER. It can be installed on any number of computers in your office that you like. It is the exact same software as the machine, and it is also used on all Voortman CNC fabrication machinery.

Project completion times are greatly reduced when you can mill. Combining Advantage-2's user-friendly Raptor 3DCAD/CAM Software, the operator can quickly program parts. You can view, modify, export and export parts information right from the 3D platform. Advantage-2 drills have many advantages, including the ability to scribe and mill slots and large lifting holes. This really sets the machine apart. We can use the scribing to create piece marks, layout lines and center points. That flexibility to use it when and how we choose has been amazing.

Our beam drill machines have central lubrication, a cooling system, and linear guides to make them easier to use and require less maintenance. Each coordinate system includes a 4 station tool changer. This allows it drill, mill/scribe, counter sink or tap as many times as required. Additionally, tools can be swapped easily during operation. Positive beam positioning is an arm that attaches to a rack on the conveyor. This allows the beam position to be more precisely controlled as it moves through a drill line.
